10 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls.
10 Rotational Lunges using the Ulimate Sandbag.
10 Sandbell, behind the head-triceps lifts.
10 Steps ups on the tractor tire (with or w/o weights).
10 Plank/hand walk-ups on the tractor tire.
200 meter SPRINT!!! (yes, sprint, not jog!).
